Defoamer is a modified silicone polydimethylsiloxane high-efficiency defoamer lotion, which can be used to eliminate foam in aqueous system. It has the following advantages: fast defoaming speed, excellent dispersion performance, especially after dilution, it is not easy to break and float oil, the usage temperature is below 60 ℃ (belonging to room temperature type), long foam suppression time, high efficiency, low dosage, and is non-toxic, non corrosive, and has no adverse side effects. Due to its easy dispersion in water, good compatibility with liquid products, and resistance to demulsification and oil bleaching, the defoamer produced by our factory not only has excellent performance, but also has a low price. It is a cost-effective and universal broad-spectrum room temperature defoamer.
① Defoamers are commonly used in water treatment, metal processing fluids, metal cleaning, papermaking, building materials, water-based adhesives, textile printing and dyeing, circuit board cleaning, printing ink, industrial cleaning, oil field industry, water-based coatings, desulfurization industry, washing, agriculture, fermentation, mineral processing and mining, rubber, water-based general, oil-based system general industries. They are widely used in cooling systems for circular industries such as power plants, glass plants, electroplating plants, steel plants, chemical plants, and refineries ② Usage concentration: It is generally recommended to use a dosage concentration of 5-30ppm, and the dosage can be adjusted according to specific water quality ③ Placement location: The dosing pump can be continuously injected into the inlet of the circulation pump; Daily usage can also be directly added to the cooling tower.
①Suggestion: Add 150-250 ml of TP-18 defoamer to every 100L of solution ②Equipment: 316 stainless steel groove, PP groove or PE groove. ③Add: When bubbles continue to emerge from the work tank, take 30 ml/100L of defoamer from the tank liquid and dilute it with a little water before pouring it into the work tank. This product is packaged in 50kg plastic drums. Store in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. The storage period is six months and should be transported as a general item.
